Am I entitled to a claim?
If you have been involved in any accident that was not your fault or suffered any illness or disease as a result of your working environment then it is likely you will be able to claim compensation through your Union Solicitors. In certain circumstances, members of your family are also covered by your Trade Union membership for accident claims.
